Purchases and delivery

Stripe processes payments. We store the checkout session ID, checkout email, amount, currency, refund status, and delivery-job state in our database to provide the download, send your purchase email, resolve delivery issues, and maintain purchase records. We do not store full card details. Brevo sends transactional emails. The hosting provider processes technical request information to run the site.

Optional launch emails

The free scorecard is available without an email address. If you request the email sequence, we store your email, interests, consent version, subscription state, and confirmation timestamp. A signed link and explicit confirmation step activate the sequence. Every educational or marketing message includes an unsubscribe link. Purchase delivery does not require marketing consent. You can request deletion or correction through support; unsubscribe records may be retained to respect your preference.

Optional analytics

PostHog analytics starts only when you allow it through the analytics preference control. It records page visits, web performance, and selected feature events using a browser identifier. Session recording and automatic interaction capture are disabled. Query strings containing purchase or email tokens are removed from tracked URLs. You can change your preference using the control at the bottom of the page.

When analytics is allowed, the browser identifier and limited campaign attribution may be attached to checkout to connect the purchase funnel. Server-side verified purchase and refund events use an order identifier when no browser identifier is available. The payment records remain the source for financial totals. Local browser storage retains your analytics choice and session attribution. We do not run the former Trailpixel or Vercel Analytics trackers.

Abuse prevention and tools

Signup and checkout limits use a keyed hash of the request IP address, held for a short rate-limit window. Calculator inputs stay in the browser and are not stored in our database. Do not send confidential information, passwords, or API keys through support messages.

Your requests

You can request access, correction, deletion, or information about your stored data through support. Purchase records may need to be retained for accounting and dispute handling. We use Stripe, Brevo, PostHog, and our hosting/database providers to perform the functions described above; their own policies explain their processing. For business contact details see the imprint.
